The project focused on designing the full registration and agenda flows for the event, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience aligned with its futuristic visual style. The process started by reviewing early brand guidelines and building a moodboard to define the visual direction, followed by analyzing the existing desktop flow to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.

Based on this analysis, wireframes were created to restructure both flows in a clearer and more intuitive way. A style guide and a set of reusable components were then built from the brand system, establishing a consistent foundation before moving into visual design.

These elements were used to produce high-fidelity responsive designs for desktop and mobile, followed by interactive prototypes to validate the experience with stakeholders and developers. The result was a cohesive, brand-aligned set of flows that improved clarity, engagement, and usability across devices.
