About the project
Okapya Software Solutions Inc. developed a new software tool designed to simplify integration between Jira and other commonly used apps like Google Meet, Google Calendar, Google Drive and more. The goal of the project was to create an animated explainer video that clearly communicated the concept “Integration made easy” in a visually engaging, straightforward way. FLUC handled both the design and animation, turning complex software logic into an accessible visual story.
Our process
Explaining app integrations, especially behind-the-scenes linking of services, is inherently abstract and often confusing for viewers. The challenge was to design visuals that simplify the concept without overwhelming the audience. FLUC tackled this by creating clean, minimalistic graphics symbolizing apps and connections, using motion and animation to illustrate data flow and integration. The final result made a complex software feature feel intuitive and user-friendly.
